Ken and Anna walked side by side down the streets of Mordain, the sun was bright and children played about. A dreary city Mordain was, but occasionally on good days such as this one could see it wasn’t all so bad.

“Hey! Over here!” Came a cheery woman’s voice.

It was Mira, waving from down the street, now out of her armor and in a similar turtleneck to what Ken wore.

“Do all Inquisitors dress that way?” Asked Anna.

“Well it’s part of the uniform, goes under the armor so it fits snug and doesn’t chafe. Many Inquisitors still wear it on their off time, it’s considered somewhat fashionable.”

“I see.”

The two strode over and Mira met them with glee, bending down and greeting Anna happily.

“I’m so excited! I’ve been saving my pay to get some new clothes, and it’s been ages since I had a girl to shop with me!”

Anna was taken a bit aback by her exuberance, and looked almost frightened.

Ken patted her on the back, “It’s okay, Mira is nice! I’ve known her for a few years now. If anyone can get you some clothes it’s her.”

“Alright…” Said Anna nervously.

Mira looked over Anna’s shoulder at Ken and frowned, “No men allowed, this is a girl’s outing.”

Now it was Ken who was taken aback, “I- What? Seriously?”

“Yup!” Mira smiled and took Anna’s hand, dragging the confused girl along with her down the street, “Toodles!”

“Hey! Be back by three o’clock!” Ken yelled.
